Strategy and transformation
Barclay Rae provides bespoke strategy workshops to help to define service strategy, restructure, project rescue, and other key aspects to support planning and decision-making. Examples from previous work include – global service desk strategy, new support model restructure and call centre/service desk consolidation.
Barclay Rae has developed management consultancy training over the last 20 years and regularly delivers this via workshops to internal and external consulting teams. This covers the basics of management consulting, from roles and expectations, to sales and proposal writing, as well as discovery, analysis, and report writing.
The sessions (this can be run on 1-day or preferably across 2-day sessions) are a quick and effective way to gain knowledge and understanding of how consultancy works, and what to do when considering or starting out with it.
